Conceptual Model Of Training Educational Managers: Theory And Practice

The thesis proposes a conceptual model of training educational managers. The model consists of a methodological basis, target, content, technological, diagnostic and result components, and is aimed at bridging the gap between theoretical training and practical management activities. The central element of the model is the "theory - case - project - defense - reflection" cycle. The criteria for assessing the results of training and directions for applying the model in practice are also indicated.
