Mechanisms For Financing Green Investments In Small Businesses And Assessment Of Their Efficiency

The paper examines the mechanisms for financing green investments in small business entities. Funding sources are classified into internal, debt, equity and state support groups, and the constraints of each for small business are analysed. A multi-criteria system for assessing the effectiveness of green investments is proposed, combining financial, resource, environmental and social indicators. An algorithm for selecting a financing mechanism is also substantiated.
