Analysis Of Paremiological Units Used In The Work Of Shum Bola

Abstract

This article analyzes the paremiological units used in Gafur Ghulam's work "Shum Bola" - proverbs, sayings, idioms and folk wise expressions. The paremies used in the work are an important tool in illuminating the national, cultural and aesthetic layers of the language. During the study, the semantic, grammatical and derivational properties of paremiological units are analyzed, and their functional load in the context of the literary text is determined. In particular, it is studied how national thinking, folk imagery, educational ideas and historical and cultural thinking are expressed in the literary language through proverbs. Also, the types of paremiological units, their figurative, aphoristic and structural features are considered based on a linguocultural approach. This article serves to determine the role and significance of folk oral means in the language of a literary work.
