Strategies For Improving Quality Management In Preschool Education Based On Developing Parental Partnership
Abstract
This article analyzes the role of parental partnership in the development of the preschool education system in Uzbekistan and its impact on the management of educational quality. Based on data from the State Statistics Committee, UNICEF and World Bank reports, and local scientific research, parental participation in the educational process was studied in relation to performance indicators.
The results of the study show that active parental involvement is an important factor in accelerating the cognitive, socio-emotional and speech development of children, supporting the professional activities of teachers and strengthening the mechanisms for monitoring the quality of education. It was also found that parental involvement is of particular importance in ensuring transparency in the preschool education system, increasing the efficiency of educational institutions and strengthening public trust. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the active participation of parents in the educational process should be considered a strategic priority in improving the quality of preschool education in Uzbekistan, improving quality management and modernizing the education system.
