Abstract

This thesis highlights the problem of developing creative thinking in modern education and its relevance. Creative thinking is a person's innovative and original approach to problem situations, his desire to think in a new way, departing from existing patterns. The study analyzed the internal and external factors affecting the formation of creative thinking and proved the effectiveness of its development through psychological training with practical examples. Through the training sessions conducted within the framework of the study, the participants' interest in free thinking, innovation, as well as teamwork skills significantly increased. The effectiveness of the trainings was determined on the basis of special tests, observations and questionnaires. The main stages of the training methodology, training forms (interactive methods, creative games, brainstorming, associative thinking techniques) were also considered. As a result, trainings in the development of creative thinking justify themselves as an effective, interesting and motivating tool
