This thesis analyzes innovative approaches to managing the Finnish preschool education system. During the study, based on data from the Finnish National Agency for Education, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the quality of education, professional development of educators, digital education, and mechanisms for cooperation with families were studied. According to the results, the Finnish preschool education system uses an individual approach to child development based on the principle of “learning through play”. In this model, innovative technologies, pedagogical freedom, and cooperation with parents are shown as the main guarantees of the quality of education.
