Ways To Form The Social-Emotional Competence Of A Foreign Language Teacher In The Conditions Of Digital Education

This article analyzes the methods and effective practical mechanisms for forming the socio-emotional competence of a foreign language teacher in the conditions of digital education. The article proposes strategies for developing teachers' emotional awareness, empathy and professional stress management using digital resources (video lessons, online interactive platforms, pedagogical chatbots and virtual classrooms). The article also presents the results of a small pilot study (a questionnaire among teachers) and discusses the positive impact of digital tools. The work concludes with practical recommendations and methodological guidelines.
