Abstract

This article discusses in detail the importance of positive thinking in personal development and mental health. Positive thinking is scientifically analyzed as a key factor in increasing a person's stress resistance, strengthening self-esteem, and achieving goals. The article outlines the concept of positive thinking, its psychological and social aspects, as well as its practical importance in the lives of students and young people. It also examines the methods of forming positive thinking and its impact on personal and professional development.
