In an increasingly globalized and diverse world, traditional one-size-fits-all teaching methods are proving inadequate to meet the educational needs of culturally varied classrooms. Culturally Responsive Pedagogy (CRP) emerges as a critical strategy for ensuring inclusivity, engagement, and academic success for students from different cultural backgrounds. This article explores the theoretical underpinnings, practical implementations, and educational outcomes of CRP in multicultural learning environments. The study analyzes how CRP transforms teacher-student relationships, curriculum design, and classroom interactions. Data drawn from international and American schools indicate that CRP significantly enhances student motivation, reduces achievement gaps, and fosters deeper learning. A results table illustrates comparative learning outcomes in classrooms with and without culturally responsive instruction. The article concludes with a call for teacher training, institutional support, and curriculum reform to embed CRP into mainstream education practices.
