This scientific article provides an in-depth analysis of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies and their multifaceted impact on global and national labor markets. The study examines the mechanisms of automation and algorithmization processes displacing traditional professions, the change in the balance between cognitive and physical labor, and the risks of structural unemployment. The potential of artificial intelligence to create new jobs, increase labor productivity, and transform the demand for human capital is also studied based on economic models. The article puts forward scientific and practical recommendations for adapting the labor market to these technological shifts, strategies for retraining the workforce, and modernization of state employment policy.
